PIP Scotland are a Glasgow based company who specialise in all aspects of Home Reports, Energy Performance Certificates and Valuation Reports. We supply our services to solicitors, estate agencies, letting agencies, private landlords and private individuals throughout Scotland.

Our primary service is Home Reports. Home Reports came into effect in late 2008 in a bid to galvanise the property market. They are now required for all property sales in Scotland.

We regularly carry out Energy Performance Certificates throughout central Scotland. Our Surveyors and DEAs are qualified to carry out both residential and commercial EPCs.
