Home Reports & EPCs
The Home Report consists of three main documents: the Single Survey, Property Questionnaire and Energy Report.
The Single Survey provides sellers with more detailed information about the condition and value of a home before it is put up for sale.
It is also intended to provide buyers with better information about a property before they consider putting in an offer.
The energy report details a properties energy efficiency rating and its environmental impact (E.g. CO2 emissions).
Furthermore, it provides recommendations as to how the property can save fuel costs and be made more environmentally friendly.
The property questionnaire provides a lot of useful information about a property such as the home's council tax band, etc.
Completed by the seller, it provides useful information for buyers before they decide whether to submit an offer.
